I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents aged 16 and over.
My work is grounded in contemporary psychoanalytic theory and is concerned with the inner life — with thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are not always easy to understand or put into words.

Areas of Work
People come to therapy for many reasons. These may include anxiety, difficulties in relationships, a sense of exhaustion or inner emptiness, loss of meaning, recurring life patterns, experiences of loss, and periods of crisis.
The Therapeutic Setting
- SessionSessions last 50 minutes.
- Frequency
The frequency of meetings is discussed individually; therapy usually takes place at least once a week at a regular day and time. Regularity is an important part of the analytic process, and missed sessions are therefore generally charged.
- SettingSessions may take place online (via Zoom) or in person. In-person work can be conducted face-to-face or using the couch. The setting is discussed and may evolve over time.
- LocationIn-person sessions are held in Limassol (Mouttagiaka area).
- FeeFees are discussed during the initial consultation.
- LanguageSessions are conducted in Russian and English.
- ConfidentialityConfidentiality is strictly maintained.
